Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate closure
- Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers on role specifications and strategies
- Execute end-to-end interview coordination
- Facilitate superior candidate experiences
- Lead onboarding processes for seamless new hire integration
- Serve as primary employee contact for HR matters
- Enhance employee experience and engagement initiatives
- Monitor satisfaction levels and address concerns proactively
- Cultivate positive, inclusive, high-performance culture
- Maintain employee documentation and HR records
- Ensure policy and labor law compliance
- Support performance management processes
- Assist with policy development and internal communications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven multitasking capability
